Shipping within the United States:

All products usually ship in between 1-2 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships.

We usually ship items within 1~2 business days after it's fulfilled and full payment has been received. If no one was available at your delivery address at the time the item is being delivered, a notification will be left for you so you can rearrange the delivery. Expedited Shipping methods are available with additional cost. You will be able to see all available shipping methods at the checkout.

 International shipping:

Custom fees for the items are levied by local governments - laws from nation to nation vary. Unfortunately, import taxes are something that Big Wasp cannot pay for for as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the item, and are the responsibility of the importer.
